Theory
The m13 chord contains all minor extensions. D m13 = D-F-C-E-G-B (1-♭3-♭7-9-11-13). The fifth is omitted to avoid excessive density. This chord can contain up to six different notes, creating very rich harmonic texture used in modal jazz.
