Theory
The 7sus4 chord combines a sus4 chord with a minor seventh. C 7sus4 = C-F-G-B♭, G 7sus4 = G-C-D-F. The fourth creates suspension that naturally resolves to the third (F→E in C7sus4→C7). This chord is widely used in jazz II-V-I cadences and in rock to create rhythmic tensions.
